Living Rooms for Living.

All of our homes were laid out to maximize living room space. By situating our bedrooms along the entry side of each home we are able to provide you with extra large living rooms for doing what you do in a home, live!

Social Cooking?

Why would we hide the kitchen from the rest of your living space when food and drinks are the social fabric that brings family and friends together? Our homes bring both living and dining spaces together for a more social cooking experience.

Boutique Hotel Lounge.

While traveling and staying at hotels we often check in and go straight to the lounge to feel the vibe. Why don't we do this in our apartments? this was the question we asked ourselves and the answer what The Landon Lounge. A place to gather, be social and host events to bring the community together.

In House Training?

We may have gone overboard building such a large full-featured gym for only 62 homes, but it has become a central focal point for many of our residents due to our in-house personal training services. ask about this service and the resident discounts when you come for your tour.

The Anti-Resort Pool.

Even our pool and sun deck are more akin to a hotel than a standard apartment complex. We out our pool right up against our Landon Lounge so that both spaces are connected by a single doorway. No more ugly fencing around the "resort style" pool, the Landon Pool becomes a part of the Lounge for daily use or special events.
