THE HISTORY OF THE LANDON
The Landon began as a vision for an old office building. Built in the 1980s, the Cabrillo Office Building was once a thriving property situated on the old El Caro Golf Course. Since then it fell into disrepair. The neighborhood saw it as an eyesore and wanted it torn down. We saw an amazing structure with beautiful potential. We stripped the building down to its core and constructed 62 stunning luxury apartment homes. Built entirely from steel frame and double insulated between units, you will not find a more well-built rental property in the Valley.
